For almost 20 years we’ve been called a safe haven for families across Chicago, conveniently located in Bartlett, in DuPage county. We love meeting new people and receiving new member into our house. As a church, we are committed to helping you become the person that God and intended for you to be. We are committed to the preaching the uncompromising Word of God. It is our desire that people come to place their trust in Christ to forgive lead them so that they can grow in their relationship with Him. We feel God is doing extraordinary things among extraordinary people and would love to see you become a part.
Our Identity
Going to a new church filled with people you’ve never met before can seem intimidating. We pray that when you walk through our doors you will feel the love of Jesus surround you. We are a family and are always welcoming new people into our family.
We begin our services with pre-service prayer. You can sit in your chair, come to the altar or take some time and read some bible. This is a great time to talk to Jesus about what you need and expect from the service.
Next there is a brief time of fellowship. As people prepare for the service to start, other people want to welcome you.
Following the service, we would like to invite you to meet Pastor and Mrs Weiss. And then join our Friendship team for a cup of coffee and treats in our Heavenly Grounds coffee house. If you have any questions abut the service our Friendship team would love to talk about it.
Mostly, we desire that you feel welcomed and that your relationship with Jesus be strengthened and renewed. That you leave knowing that He cares for you and has a plan for your life.
What to Expect
We are a full gospel, Word of Faith, non-denominational church. What does that mean? This means that we are not affiliated with a specific denomination. Every church needs watch-care over it to be sure the doctrine is sound, the worship is sweet, and the Holy Spirit has freedom to move. We were founded by Pastor Ed Weiss in 1985 and we are dedicated to bringing the Love and Power of Jesus Christ to the world and the greater Chicago area. Location & Directions
We are located in Bartlett, IL, centrally positioned to easy access from the surrounding suburbs. We’re just south of Interstate 90 (Jane Addams Memorial Tollway and north of Interstate 88 (Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway).
